TAMPA, OCT. 24, 2015 – Quinton Flowers shattered USF’s single-game rushing record by a quarterback with 201 yards and three touchdowns to help the Bulls run over SMU, 38-14, Saturday afternoon at Raymond James Stadium.
USF (4-3, 2-1) won its third straight game for the first time since the start of the 2011 season and moved up to second place in The American East Division standings.
USF’s 38-point performance tied the program record for the most scoring against an American Athletic Conference opponent. Flowers performance set a conference record by a quarterback and marked the most rushing yards by an FBS quarterback this season.
