PROVIDENCE, R.I. (May 10, 2017) – Five USF Softball players earned All-American Athletic Conference honors, the league announced Wednesday. Kristen Wyckoff, Astin Donovan and Lauren Evans earned honors for the second consecutive season, while Cheyenne Eggens and Bethaney Keen were first-time honorees.
Coaches from each of the league's seven teams voted for nominated players at each position and for major awards. No coach was allowed to vote for his or her own players and all decisions were based on conference only statistics. This is the third time since the inception of The American that USF has had at least five all-conference selections.
