JACKSONVILLE, Fla., MAY 28, 2021 – The USF track and field team punched its third ticket to the NCAA Championships, on Friday, when senior finished 10 in the 400M hurdles at the NCAA East Regional Prelims in Jacksonville.
Agyemang joins (Tampa, Fla.), who finished in the top 12 in the long jump on Thursday, and pole vaulter (New Port Richey, Fla.), who advanced on Wednesday to the championships in Eugene, Ore. June 9-12.
A native of Kumasi, Ghana, Agyemang posted a personal best time of 50.82, surpassing his previous best of 51.01 set at the 2021 American Athletic Conference Championships, en route to a second-place finish.
