TAMPA (Feb. 8, 2017)— Head women’s soccer coach Denise Schilte-Brown announced today the promotion of Jason Dowiak from assistant coach to associate head coach. Dowiak has served as an assistant coach for the last four seasons under Schilte-Brown.
Hired in 2013, Dowiak was named the recruiting coordinator in 2016 and has successfully recruited two high school players of the year, two USYSA national champions, three junior college All-Americans and a CCCAA Junior College National Player of the Year. Dowiak has also recruited 15 players with national team experience from Canada, Jamaica, Mexico, Norway, Iceland and Haiti.
