TAMPA, Fla., March 15, 2021 – Two University of South Florida women's soccer student-athletes were chosen for American Athletic Conference weekly honors, the league announced Monday. was named Defensive Player of the Week and earned Offensive Player of the Week honors.
"We're so proud of Paula and Chyanne for their continued efforts on the pitch every week. Paula has come in and really done well learning our tactics to perform at this level every week. Chyanne is our rock on defense and I'm so happy she's being recognized for her efforts. Five shutouts takes a team to accomplish and I'm so proud of them for their ability to get it done on the field.
