USF senior Courtney Williams (10) broke her own school single-game NCAA Tournament scoring record with 31 points Saturday night against Colorado State.

If any game in the last four years serves as a primer on Courtney Williams' value to USF women's basketball, it's Saturday night's 48-45 triumph against Colorado State.

Benched the first five minutes (and change) for what officially was called a "coach's decision," Williams finished with 31 points, breaking her own school single-game record for an NCAA Tournament game. While Williams observed at the game's outset, the 11th-seeded Rams took a 10-1 lead.
