TAMPA, April 26, 2019 – USF sophomore held the Tigers scoreless in her ninth shutout this season, limiting Memphis to just one hit in USF's 13 straight win in The American.
USF (36-15, 14-2) got on the board in the first inning when senior (Jacksonville, Fla.) led off with a hit-by-pitch. She stole second, advanced on a sacrifice bunt and scored when senior (Uniontown, Ohio) hit a bloop single to center field.
In the fifth inning, freshman (Forest Hill, Md.) bunt singled and stole second. She advanced to third with Cook's third hit of the game, a single through the left side.
