Trailing by nine with just 1:12 remaining, the USF men’s basketball team rallied back to tie things up 75-75 with 4.4 seconds left on a David Collins three-ball only to fall in heartbreaking fashion when Tulsa drained a three at the buzzer to snap the Bulls’ seven-game winning streak.
“It was obviously a great game. We did some things out of character a little bit for us, but the one thing that was in character was we just kept fighting,” head coach Brian Gregory told GoUSFBulls.com. “We just kind of hung in there and kept fighting, and did some really good things at the end, really good execution.
