TAMPA, APRIL 18, 2019 – Head coach Jose Fernandez and USF women's basketball welcomes junior college transfer Bethy Mununga to the Bulls 2019-20 roster.
The six-foot junior forward finished a successful junior college career with Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College, where she was a two-time NJCAA All-American. Mununga earned first team honors in 2018-19 to go along with her second-team honors from 2017-18.
With the Lady Norse, she averaged a double-double with 17.5 points per game and 13.5 rebounds per game during the 2018-19 season, leading NEO to a 22-9 team record. She led the nation in field goal percentage, (64.
