TAMPA, APRIL 11, 2019 – USF softball will visit rival UCF for War on I-4 challenge this weekend. The Bulls and Knights, currently part of a three-way tie for first in The American, will battle it out in a three-game series Friday through Sunday.
USF (29-15, 7-2) took on No. 6/9 Florida in its final midweek game of the season, and sophomore Georgina Corrick (Sanford, Fla.) held the Gators to just one hit. The Bulls battled in a game with just two hits total, one for each team, and no errors, but Florida scored on a sacrifice fly in the sixth inning.
