TAMPA, Oct. 6, 2016 – After two weeks away from competition, the USF cross country teams will run in consecutive weeks beginning with the Florida State Invitational on Friday morning.

The men will run an 8K at 7:40 a.m. and the women will compete in the 5K at 8:20 a.m. The race, held at Apalachee Regional Park, will serve as a course preview for the NCAA South Region Championship, which the Bulls will compete in on Nov.
