Despite injury, the Bulls came out strong in their 2019-2020 season opener against Arkansas-Pine Bluff. The absence of Alexis Yetna was notable, but Michael Durr stepped up big time to secure the win for the Bulls. A little rusty early, the Bulls turned it around halfway through the first half and it was all gas from there.
“Our guys heading into the game,” Head Coach Brian Gregory said, “as good teammates would be, maybe a little bit of dullness around them with the news of Lex (Yetna). I think it was important that we got out there and competed.
