TAMPA, NOV. 25, 2020 – David Collins produced right away with a team-high 17 points and USF men's basketball took control in the second half of a 94-84 home win over Florida College on Wednesday to start the 2020-21 season presented by Tampa General Hospital.
Collins went 6-for-10 from the field and added five assists and three steals in the first game in eight months for the eager Bulls. The senior guard from Youngstown, Ohio heated up with 10 points in the second half after Florida College (5-4) took a 46-42 lead into the break.
