PHILADELPHIA (September 14, 2023) – The University of South Florida women's soccer team was back on the pitch for the American Athletic Conference opener against Temple in Philadelphia on Thursday. Anna Sutter and Vivianne Bessette each recorded a goal as the Bulls took down the Owls 2-1.
With the win, the Bulls improved to 4-4-0 overall and 1-0-0 in conference play, while the Owls fell to 1-5-3 overall and 0-1-0 in league action.
"I'm proud of our girls," said Head Coach Denise Schilte-Brown. "It's never easy to play at Temple and it was a great team effort to come away with the victory.
