TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (Oct. 21, 2016)-- Day one of the ITA Southeast Regional presented by Oracle wrapped up with three Bulls moving on to the round of 32. Peter Bertran, Alberto Barroso-Campos and Justin Roberts will all represent USF in the next round.
Bertran got off to a hot start with a straight set victory over Miami's Max Andrews. The Santiago, Dominican Republic native gave up just three games, defeating his opponent 6-2, 6-1.
Barroso-Campos also had a dominating performance, winning in straight sets. The freshman battled to a 6-4 win in set one before rattling off six straight games to win the match, 6-4, 6-0.
