By providing critical blocks on what seemed an unassuming zone run play, TE Mitchell Wilcox and WR Tyre McCants became footnotes in Bulls lore.
Their respective blocks helped spring Marlon Mack for his 49-yard touchdown run Saturday that propelled him past Andre Hall on the school's career rushing yardage list.
The rest -- the vision, the burst, the finishing speed -- was vintage Mack.
"That was a pretty impressive run," Coach Willie Taggart said.
