Wando High School wide receiver OrTre Smith, widely considered the top college football prospect in the state, has included both Clemson and South Carolina among his top five schools.
Smith posted the list Wednesday on his Twitter account, also including North Carolina, Florida and Georgia in his list of prospective college programs.
“I want to thank all the coaches that gave me the opportunity to further my education and football career at their programs,” Smith wrote. “As of now these are my top 5 schools in no particular order that I will continue to proceed with in my recruiting process.
