Welcome to life under Will Muschamp, who succeeded Steve Spurrier after the Head Ball Coach stepped down midway through last season’s 3-9 campaign. The Gamecocks were a program in need of an overhaul after amassing their worst record since 1999, and Muschamp is trying to do just that. Other than the colors and logo, not much looks the same as it did a year ago.
Recruiting has been pushed into overdrive, as has the tempo in practice.
