Tucker, a defensive end from Atlanta's B.E.S.T. Academy, committed to the Gamecocks today, as reported by JC Shurburtt. He becomes the 23rd commitment from the class of 2016 and the second tight end. With some many schools having offered him, that tells you what kind of a demand programs had for him.
Tucker is 6'3" and 237 pounds - not as big as Jacob August.
