It’s not yet clear where South Carolina baseball’s Noah Campbell will play for the Gamecocks in 2019 — coach Mark Kingston has said he will be evaluated in the middle infield and in the outfield.
But there’s no question that Campbell, a rising sophomore, has the talent and physical gifts to be a major player for USC, and his performance so far in summer ball has to have Kingston and his staff excited about next year.
