The nemesis that convinced Bryson Allen-Williams to return to USC | The State

Of course Bryson Allen-Williams got hurt against Kentucky last year. He’s never had any luck against the Wildcats.

South Carolina’s senior linebacker suffered a shoulder injury on the 10th play of that game and realized as the 23-13 loss wore on that it was not a minor injury.

“As I kept playing, I felt it keep sliding out so I knew something was wrong,” he said. “The doctors told me the best option was to go ahead and get the surgery.”

That surgery ended his season, but he knew immediately that he would be returning rather than heading off to the NFL and part of the reason is because of Kentucky.
