South Carolina football has had an interesting history on the offensive side of the football. Most successful years in Columbia were built on the backs of strong defenses, but almost every iteration of the Gridiron Gamecocks (from elite championship contenders to winless cupcakes) has had NFL-caliber players on the offense.
