South Carolina football is in the middle of one of its most important stretches of recruiting in recent memory. Having just finished up a massive month of June loaded with official (and unofficial) visitors, the Gamecocks have had five commitments in the last two weeks.
Four of those commitments have announced themselves publicly (5-star punter/kicker Mason Love, 3-star linebacker Fred Johnson, 4-star running back Matthew Fuller, and 3-star DB/LB David Bucey), and one is still a mystery.
On top of the commitments that have already happened, several top South Carolina football targets have mentioned that they would be announcing their college choices sometime during the month of July.
