South Carolina football 2024 commitment Dante Reno has meant more to the Gamecock program than most future quarterbacks. He will come be on campus next year to compete with LaNorris Sellers and others for the starting quarterback job, but Reno is more than just a good player.
In addition to bettering himself on the field so that he can effectively compete for the starting job under center one day, Reno has also been one of Shane Beamer’s top recruiters of future talent.
Reno is in constant communication with other prospects, building a rapport with fellow Gamecock commitments and pitching his program to any undecided recruits who will listen.
