South Carolina football lands commitment from first-year DB.

David Spaulding just finished up his first season with the Georgia Southern football program, having totaled seven tackles, an interception, and a touchdown for the Golden Eagles over eight games. The freshman tallied 59 total snaps on the year.

Spaulding, a high school teammate of running back Kevin Harris, will still have four years to play at South Carolina with eligibility restrictions being lifted due to the COVID pandemic in 2020.
