South Carolina sophomore defensive end Boosie Whitlow will transfer, the school confirmed Monday.
The Alabama native made three starts as a true freshman, and added spark to a sub-par pass rush. He did not play this past season, slipping behind Darius English, D.J. Wonnum and Daniel Fennell at the Buck position.
He is the sixth player to leave the program since the end of the season, joining running back David Williams, defensive back Jasper Sasser, wide receiver Jamari Smith and linebackers Jalen Dread and Sherrod Pittman.
