South Carolina’s neutral site baseball game Tuesday against Appalachian State has been canceled because of rainy weather.

The game was set to be played at BB&T Ballpark in Charlotte, N.C., home of the Charlotte Knights. A canceled game typically means it will not be made up.

The Gamecocks (7-5) will host North Carolina A&T at 7 p.m. Wednesday ahead of a weekend home series against Clemson.

The No. 20 South Carolina softball’s Tuesday night home game against Youngstown State has been canceled. The Gamecocks (19-1) return to action this weekend in Norman, Okla., for their final non-conference tournament of the season.
