Las Vegas is predicting a nice and soothing victory for the South Carolina Gamecocks this week, tabbing them as 31-point favorites over the visiting Chattanooga Mocs.
The FCS Mocs, based in Tennessee and hailing from the Southern Conference, are coming off a 13-9 defeat to Mercer and stand at 6-4 (4-4) on the year — good for sixth place in the SoCon. Prior to that Mercer loss, the Mocs dropped a 16-10 contest to fellow Palmetto State resident Furman, and they took an earlier 21-10 loss to SoCon power Wofford.
The over/under is set at 48.
