It looks as if Frank Martin has made his final addition to the 2017-18 South Carolina basketball team. Guard Wesley Myers, a 16.9 ppg scorer at Maine in 2016-17, will join the Gamecocks as a grad transfer this season. Myers will be available right away and adds a nice scoring touch to the Carolina backcourt.
Maine grad transfer Wesley Myers has committed to South Carolina, per a source. Immediately eligible. Averaged 16.9 PPG.

Myers is a product of Brooklyn’s Boys and Girls High School, where he was a standout under Ruth Lovelace, one of the few female high school boys’ basketball head coaches in the country.
