While there is a ton of excitement surrounding the South Carolina Gamecocks football team, and rightfully so with the release of "Any Given Saturday" on Netflix and the start of fall camp. However, there is other excitement around Gamecocks sports as the Women's basketball team released its SEC Conference schedule for the upcoming 2025-26 season.
The WBB team in 2024-25 had an overall record of 35-4, with a conference record of 15-1. The only conference loss coming from fourth-ranked Texas Longhorns on Feb. 9 (66-62). However, the Gamecocks had the last laugh as they beat the Longhorns 64-45 to win the SEC title on March 9.
