South Carolina men’s basketball coach Frank Martin said Monday that he would be “surprised” if former guard P.J. Dozier did something against the value of the school.
A Yahoo Sports report, published Friday morning, listed Dozier, a centerpiece to USC’s Final Four team last season, and current Brian Bowen among those who allegedly received financial benefits from the ASM Sports agency.
According to the report, Dozier, a star guard who helped Carolina’s run to the Final Four, “received at least $6,115 while in school.”
“I read the same report that you did,” Martin said.
