Monday is the deadline for underclassmen to declare their intentions about the 2018 NFL draft, and Georgia’s Roquan Smith — an All-American who won the Butkus Award as the nation’s best linebacker — is the only SEC player who was expected to turn pro who has yet to make his decision public. (The NFL will release the list January 19; the first round is April 26).
