Dawn Staley addresses suspension of South Carolina guard Maddy McDaniel

South Carolina women’s basketball guard Maddy McDaniel has been suspended with no timetable for return. Head coach Dawn Staley says her status is “on her” as the Gamecocks remain unbeaten.

Sophomore point guard Maddy McDaniel has been suspended and did not suit up for South Carolina's Tuesday night game against Clemson, the program announced just an hour prior to tipoff.
