After squandering scoring chances in the first inning, South Carolina jumped out to a 4-0 lead against The Citadel in the third inning of tonight's game. John Jones - who you might've heard is good at baseball - doubled with one out, and a combination of Alex Destino and a Bulldogs error brought Jones home. Chris Cullen followed with an RBI double before eventually making it across home plate himself, and Gene Cone walked, then came home on a Marcus Mooney RBI single.
