MOBILE, Ala. – University of South Alabama volleyball head coach Amy Hendrichovsky announced the hiring of Anthony Yerardi as assistant coach on Wednesday.
Yerardi joins the program after spending the 2016 season as a volunteer assistant coach at UNLV. In his first season of collegiate coaching experience, he helped the Rebels to a first-round win over Utah in the NCAA Tournament. UNLV setter Alexis Patterson and opposite hitter Bree Hammel were named all-conference after training under Yerardi. The Rebels started the season with the best record in school history going 16-1 in the first 17 matches.
"I'm happy to have Anthony join our program," Hendrichovsky said.
