MOBILE, Ala. – Senior center Chyna Ellis is scheduled to participate in the Insider Exposure Basketball Pro Combine Friday in Columbus, Ohio. Ellis was also named Women's Basketball Invitational all-tournament team Friday after averaging 11.7 points and 9.7 boards in three postseason contests.
"The fact that she has put herself in position for these opportunities is a testament to the hard work she has put in," South Alabama head coach Terry Fowler said. "From the time she got here, we have seen this young lady transform her body and transform her game from being strictly a defensive player to working inside to now shooting the three.
