MOBILE, Ala. – University of South Alabama senior Ken Williams (Houston, Texas) came off the bench to score a game-high 18 points and the Jaguar men's basketball team scored the final six points of the contest to defeat Troy 76-75 Monday night at the Mitchell Center.
The Jags improve to 8-6 overall and 1-0 in the Sun Belt Conference. The Trojans drop to 8-7 and 0-1.
"I'm extremely proud of our effort tonight," USA head coach Matthew Graves said. "I thought several times things were going against us, and we really rallied together.
