USA WOMEN’S BASKETBALL RALLIES FOR ROAD WIN AT TULANE

NEW ORLEANS – Shaforia Kines scored eight of her game-high 23 points over the final five minutes on Saturday to help lead the University of South Alabama women's basketball program to a 62-53 non-conference victory over Tulane at Avron B. Fogelman Arena in Devlin Fieldhouse.

After trailing the entire first three periods, the Jaguars (4-5) outscored the Green Wave 19-8 in the fourth quarter as Kines made 3-of-5 shots from the field including a three and a free throw. Antoinette Lewis posted a double-double with 12 points and 16 rebounds, while Savannah Jones scored 12 points as well.
