MOBILE, Ala. – The University of South Alabama men's tennis team finished the season ranked No.71 in the final rankings as announced by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association Wednesday afternoon.
The Jaguars have faced six nationally-ranked opponents in the top 75, highlighted by their Sun Belt Conference Championship victory over No. 62 Georgia State on April 25 at the Peachtree City Tennis Center in Peachtree City, Ga.
South defeated the Panthers in the finals of the Sun Belt Conference Tournament 4-1 and moved on to the NCAA Tournament where they faced the top in the country, Florida Gators on May 7 at the Alfred A.
