GULF SHORES, Ala. | Flavia Tamburlini finished tied for 12th at the Bama Beach Bash held at the Gulf Shores Golf Club to lead a trio of South Alabama women's golfers. The 12th-place finish was the first Top 15 of Tamburlini's career as she posted a three-round 11-over-par 227 (74-78-75).
True freshman Katelyn Foster made the biggest jump over the final 18 holes for the Jaguars as she moved up 18 spots to finish tied for 24th at the event, carding 54-hole total of 234, while Grace Sutter shot 250 to place 58th.
