State NFL roundup: Philip Rivers keeps streak going in Chargers' rout of Bills

Former Auburn cornerback Jonathan Jones earned his spot with the New England Patriots as an undrafted rookie last year because of his ability on special teams.

This season, injuries have put Jones on the field in the Patriots' secondary as a third cornerback, and he's pulled his weight, once breaking up a pass in the end zone on the game's last snap and making an interception at New England's 1-yard line on the final play of another game.

On Sunday, the Patriots had Jones in the starting lineup for the first time, and they listed him at a different position.
