The biggest stat on Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Jameis Winston's sheet late in the fourth quarter of Sunday's game against the New Orleans Saints were three interceptions.
The former Hueytown High School star had completed 22-of-40 passes for 268 yards when the Bucs got the football for the last time trailing 24-23 with 1:58 to play and no timeouts. And Winston's first three passes went incomplete, leaving Tampa Bay facing a fourth-down snap from its 5-yard line.
Winston completed that pass for a first down as he hit on six of his final eight throws on a 95-yard drive that ended on a 39-yard touchdown pass to Chris Godwin with nine seconds to play.
