SOUTH WOMEN’S BASKETBALL SIGNS PAIR TO NATIONAL LETTERS-OF-INTENT

MOBILE, Ala. – University of South Alabama head women's basketball coach Terry Fowler announced on Thursday that the program has signed two individuals to National Letters-of-Intent.

Both Serin Dunne and Janelle Jones will join the program for the 2020-21 season and have four years of eligibility.

Last season, Dunne — a 5-foot-7 guard from Colorado Springs, Colo. — averaged 20.6 points, 4.3 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 1.3 steals per game at Mesa Ridge High School. She connected on 59 three-point field goals while making 42 percent of her attempts from beyond the three-point arc on the year, scoring 20 or more points on 17 occasions including a pair of performances with 30-plus points.
