MOBILE, Ala. – University of South Alabama Director of Athletics Dr. Joel Erdmann announced Monday that the school has added a football game against Tulane to the 2023 schedule.
The Jaguars will visit the Green Wave in New Orleans on Sept. 23 that fall, completing a four-week stretch in which the program will face non-Sun Belt Conference competition. South will open the 2023 season with back-to-back home games against Eastern Kentucky and Central Michigan on Sept. 2 and 9, then go to Oklahoma State the week prior to the match-up with Tulane.
The Jags and Green Wave also have a two-game, home-and-home agreement in place, with USA scheduled to play host to Tulane on Sept.
