On paper, it's the biggest mismatch heading into Saturday's South Alabama-Ole Miss game.
The Jaguars enter their season-opener with a group of four cornerbacks who have combined for 16 career games and no starts at the Division I level. The Rebels sport five returning wide receivers -- Van Jefferson, A.J. Brown, Damarkus Lodge, Markell Pack and DK Metcalf -- who totaled 106 receptions for 1,328 yards and 10 touchdowns a year ago, not to mention sophomore Shea Patterson, who was the top-ranked quarterback recruit in the 2016 signing class.
"They're NFL players," South Alabama defensive coordinator Kane Wommack said.
