South Alabama will host Presbyterian on Nov. 19 at Ladd-Peebles Stadium to make up for the canceled LSU game originally scheduled to be played on that date, the school announced Saturday.
LSU paid $1.5 million to buy out of its Nov. 19 game with South Alabama so that the Tigers could play Florida on that date. The LSU-Florida game was postponed by Hurricane Matthew and the teams had no common open dates.
The game with Presbyterian gives South Alabama seven home games this season. The Jaguars (3-2, 0-2 Sun Belt) play at Arkansas State on Saturday night.
