MOBILE, Ala. – University of South Alabama football's Darrell Luter Jr. picked up his second preseason honor as he was selected First-Team All-Sun Belt by Phil Steele Publications on Wednesday. Luter was also a first-team all-league selection by Athlon Sports earlier this summer.
Four other Jags – Keith Gallmon Jr. (safety), Wy'Kevious Thomas (defensive line), Jalen Wayne (wide receiver) and Diego Guajardo (placekicker) – also earned preseason recognition from the publication as they were each named third-team.
