South Alabama will have to turn the page quicker than usual after Saturday's 33-23 victory over Louisiana-Monroe.
The Jaguars (3-4, 2-1 Sun Belt) face a short week of preparation before traveling to Atlanta to face Georgia State (3-3, 2-1) on Thursday night. South Alabama is suddenly on a two-game winning streak, having followed up a 19-8 victory at Troy Oct. 11 with a 10-point win over the Warhawks on homecoming at Ladd-Peebles Stadium.
"I thought this was a defining moment in our season," South Alabama wide receiver Sam Harris said. "I can't remember the last time we won two in a row.
