INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. | The University of South Alabama athletic department several programs record perfect scores in multi-year and single-year rates in the NCAA Academic Progress Rate (APR) released by the NCAA national office this week.
The department had seven teams finish at 990 or above in the multi-year rate, with three teams scoring a perfect 1,000 including women's golf, softball, and women's tennis. The four teams scoring a 990 or above included men's cross country, men's golf, women's cross country, and women's track.
They also had six teams score 990 or above in the single-year rate (2021-22) including five teams that recorded perfect scores of 1,000 including men's golf, women's golf, softball, women's soccer, and women's tennis.
