Even on a team full of Division I football players, Riley Cole stands out.
The South Alabama redshirt freshman linebacker is a strapping 6-foot-3 and 242 pounds. And it seems like Cole has it together in every facet of the game, not just physically.
"First, you notice the body -- he has an NFL body," USA defensive coordinator Kane Wommack said. "Then you notice that he's able to keep up with the small details that all the older experienced guys have, with fewer reps. That's really impressed me so far."
Cole was expected to be a contributor for the Jaguars in 2016, and worked his way into the special teams rotation early last fall.
